You will be guided through the session. You do not need to know how to interpret the measurements beforehand.

  1. Choose together

Explain what you want to work on. Your practitioner selects relevant activities.

  2. Take part

Follow the instructions on screen and the guidance you receive.

  3. See the result

Review the result together and connect it to your goal.

  4. Follow up

Repeat the same session later and compare it with your own starting point.

The numbers are part of the conversation.

Strength, jump and balance measurements show different aspects of physical capacity. They sit alongside your goals, your experience and your practitioner's judgement.

Fitness Age is a motivational score. It is not biological age, a diagnosis or a calculation of injury risk.
